So this is the first day. They were trying to "help" us with the jetlag, and had us get together to tour the university at 8 am. Maybe just a difference of opinion, but sleep would have helped a lot more! Ahh well, I survived.
Not sure on the details of this guy, but he is the character for the world expo in china. Looks like a smooshed, blue version of gumby in my opinion. I have already seen him in downtown shanghai and took pictures of him there too
Thats all for now. Ive spent 1.5 hours blogging since I want to update everyone on how things are going, but Its now time for a break since I'm tired (go figure) and Ive got class soon. I'll be doing smaller, more frequent updates on 2-3 day intervals to make it easier on myself and to make stories more detailed. Check back soon!
